Sharing the valley with a World Heritage listed wilderness, the area is famous for its majestic cliffs, sandstone escarpment and pagodas including the awe inspiring Pantoney's Crown whose majesty holds command over the valley and dominates Longridge.

The Retreat offers a range of comfortable and secluded accommodation options that allow you to take full advantage of the magnificent natural surrounds.

Three kilometres to the south of the historic village of Capertee and a short drive to regional centres of Lithgow, Mudgee and Bathurst, the Retreat is positioned to take full advantage of the many attractions the Central Tablelands have to offer.

THE ACCOMODATION

Longridge Cabins

Hidden away in the gardens of Longridge homestead are three beautifully appointed cabins that cater for 2 to 4 people with a high level of comfort.

The cabins have ultra-modern bathrooms (one is fitted for disabled access) and separate living and bedrooms. Everything is provided for self-catering, with BBQ, microwave and fridge.

Meals are also available at the Royal Hotel in Capertee Village and food can also be purchased at the garage/general store. It is advisable to bring food for your stay.
